Holding Tickets:

All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase/reservation. Ticket purchases over the phone will be held at will call. Will call tickets can be picked up at any time during regular business hours or at the event. In order to "hold" a ticket in your name, payment will need to be made. Great River Arts reserves the right to release any tickets not claimed or paid for 24 hours before a show. 

Weather:

Events are planned many months in advance - we never cancel a performance if the scheduled performers are able to provide the show.  If the local weather is unpredictable or challenging, as long as the performers are ready to go on as scheduled, the show goes on.  It is then up to your personal judgment as to whether or not to attend. Sorry, if you elect not to attend we cannot issue a refund for your ticket(s).  If there is no show to present, we would of course cancel and try to re-schedule the event.  You would be notified as to your options as a ticket holder in those extraordinary cases.

Refunds/Exchanges: 

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on tickets. In the event a show is postponed or cancelled, a refund/exchange will be made at the discretion of the Executive Director. Ticket exchanges can only be made if the request is made prior to the date of the performance which you hold a ticket for and the same show has availability on a different date. No exchanges, donations, returns or refunds will be issued for any tickets listed through brokers, agencies, or other third party sellers.
