Excited for spring to arrive and setting up your garden?  Join us at GRA to create a one of a kind piece of garden art.  Each participant will be given one tulip wood cut out to decorate as they wish so make sure you come to class with some ideas!  After painting your piece in class participants will need to apply a protective layer to their piece if planning to display outdoors.  This class is open to ages 21+ with a class size limit of 11.  Pre-registration is required.

Every month a new 2 part ceramic class for ages 8-12! (some sessions require two sessions) Member $15, Non-Member $20.  Pre-registration required. From coin collectors, to Nom Noms and beyond, come down to the ceramic studio to explore and play with clay. In each first session, we will build and create using earthenware clay. The following week(s), kids return to the studio to finish their pieces by glazing (painting) them. We will reach out when the pieces have gone through their final firing in the kiln and ready for pickup.  Class size limit 10 per class.

Join us in August for one or many ceramic classes! Wednesday and Thursday's classes will focus on creative hand-building whereas Friday we hop on the wheel!! All classes begin at 10:30am and finish at 12pm.

These classes are open to youth 2nd grade (coming out of 2nd grade, going into 3rd, 7 years old going to be 8) or older.  Pre-registration is required.  Class size limit is 10.

-Thursday the 6th at 4-5pm - Bubble Painting - Description: Bubbles are fun on their own, so try to imagine how fun they are to paint with! Mrs. Blesi will guide you through the process of making not just one but two paintings on easy to fold paper that can also be written on just in case there's a birthday or a father going to be celebrated later in the month. Hint. Hint. Wink. Wink. Oh, we'll have lots of fun! One of the paintings will be placed on a background paper to have a framed, finished look. Then the other can be a card. Please let us know if you'd like one of them to be a card, so we can get that started as well with your student if we have time.

-Thursday the 13th at 4-5pm - Folded Flag Bookmark - Description: Flag Day! The day to celebrate our beautiful American flag. Mrs. Blesi would like to celebrate with a lovely reminder that goes on your book pages ever so nicely. Kids will love learning simple origami folds to make the bookmark, then decorate it in the beautiful image of our flag with stripes and stars.

-Thursday the 20th at 4-5pm - Lesson TBD but sure to be loads of fun!

-Thursday the 27th at 4-5pm - Salt Art Fireworks Painting - Description: Independence's Day is right around the corner. A wonderful night of fireworks, which is why Mrs. Blesi is inviting you to paint your own fireworks! How? Well I guess you'll have to join us to find out.

Music & Meditation

What's a sound bath?? A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. Sound waves at different frequencies are used to realign the cells in your body to their natural and optimal vibrational state. 

What do I bring? To prepare, bring everything you need to stay warm and comfy - yoga mat, blankets, pillows. If you prefer to sit, you are welcome to do so. Typically, to fully enjoy a sound bath, one will close their eyes, absorbing the experience auditorily and physically.

Pay class by class orrrrr save BIG when you buy a 10 Class Punch Card or 5 Class Punch Card - (includes all tools, glazes, and firings as well as 10 or 5 lbs of clay. Additional clay costs $1 per lb) Your punch card will be kept at the front desk, making each class check-in as simple as a wave, a smile, and a *click*.

***Work time is Wednesday through Friday 11am-5pm & Saturday 10:30-1:30pm

This program is open to ages 14+ with a class size limit of 8.

Time to work in the studio to practice with clay.  Pinch pots, slab bowls, throwing, ect.  Interested to try clay?  Come in and see what's going on, no long-term commitment. (***this is not a wheel throwing class)

GRA now offer's a monthly Paint Your Own Pottery class - the first Wednesday of the month. Down in the studio we have a variety of ceramics ready to be painted ranging from $5-$20! Spot reservation is $5 and includes glazes and firing (10 spots available per month).  At the class you choose a piece of pottery out of a variety of pre-made pieces (cost of pottery item not included in reservation fee).
