Plein Air Painting at Pine Grove Zoo
Please use the below map to answer the question for your preferred location. Artists must bring their own supplies for participation in the event. Great River Regional Library Writing Workshop is on Saturday, August 3rd, 12-1:30pm.
Art-Inspired Writing Workshop
Award-winning poet and writer, Laura Hansen, will introduce you to art-inspired writing, also known as ekphrasis. The workshop will offer participants ways to respond to art and encourage poem/story submissions to the Great River Arts Art-Words Exhibit. Visit the GRA Gallery during August, write in response to a favorite artwork and submit your writing to exhibit with the inspiration art. (Artists interested in submitting artwork should go to www.greatart.org). Register for workshop in person or via the GRRL Events Calendar. For teens and adults. Workshop limit 18. A Great River Arts/Little Falls Carnegie Library Collaborative Program.
