Great River Arts (GRA) is a small nonprofit organization located in the heart of downtown Little Falls. Annually, GRA hosts more than 45 live performances; including two dinner theater productions and four summer camps. We offer private rentals, facilitate more than 98 arts education opportunities and curate 22 visual arts shows – both onsite and offsite. Retail & Administrative Assistant

Currently seeking a part time (non-exempt 24 hours/week) retail and program assistant. This position will provide customer service during retail center hours (Wednesday - Friday, 11-6 p.m. and at least two Saturdays a month from 10-2 p.m.), support general administrative tasks and share information with the public about upcoming programs, classes and events. This work includes supporting GRA vendors, managing sales, refreshing displays, and oversee inventorying, ordering and record keeping/reporting. The ideal candidate works well in a small team environment; has an eye for detail, is flexible, professional and able to provide excellent customer service. Experience managing databases (Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets), sales and customer service is beneficial.
