Exhibition Opportunities

GRA is seeking creative pieces in 2D, 3D, & photography with a water theme. It is free to submit artwork for the exhibition. Each artist can submit up to 2 pieces for review.

Following Review of Visual Art work, pieces will be available to view via the GRA website and applications for written work will begin.

We are Water MN is a project of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Humanities Center in partnership with the Minnesota Historical Society; the Board of Water and Soil Resources; the Minnesota Departments of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources; and University of Minnesota Extension.
We are Water MN is funded by the Clean Water, Land, & Legacy Fund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

Volunteering

Great River Arts has a variety of volunteer opportunities, including:

Committee participation
Light administrative duties
Prepping postcards for mailing
Special event staffing
Skilled labor
Bar Tending at Events

Volunteers receive free admission to any event for which they are providing assistance.
