Fun and Quick Abstract Mixed Media Watercolor

Learn basic watercolor while applying collage materials to create an abstract watercolor painting. No painting skills required but just the ability to have a very open mind. Supplies provided by GRA and the instructor. This class is open to ages 16+ with a class size limit of 15. Min. 4 students to run the class.

Guided by staff learn a few basics and create your own piece! All supplies included. Works will be created on canvas with acrylic paint. This class is ages 18+ with a class size limit of 20.

Music & Meditation
What's a sound bath?? A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. Sound waves at different frequencies are used to realign the cells in your body to their natural and optimal vibrational state.
What do I bring? To prepare, bring everything you need to stay warm and comfy - yoga mat, blankets, pillows. If you prefer to sit, you are welcome to do so. Typically, to fully enjoy a sound bath, one will close their eyes, absorbing the experience auditorily and physically.
